No.9 - Linford Christie - 1992: The sprinter, middle name Cicero, was third behind Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis at the 1988 Seoul Olympics but was awarded the silver when Johnson failed a drugs test. With Carl Lewis missing at the Barcelona Games, he was the overwhelming favourite and edged out Frankie Fredericks to win the title.
