Frazier v Foreman: George Foreman was a mere 5-1 with bookmakers to beat Joe Frazier when they fought on 22 January 1973 in Kingston, Jamaica. Frazier had not lost in his 29 previous professional fights, winning 25 by knockout, but he was put down six times within two rounds. He was eventually counted out and commentator Howard Cosell famously said: "Down goes Frazier" three times to mark a remarkable upset.
