It's been a rollercoaster ride for Harry Redknapp at Tottenham Hotspur.
He replaced Juande Ramos as Spurs boss in October 2008, with the north London club having taken just two points from their first eight league games.
He won his first game in charge - against Bolton - and didn't look back...
