No.5 - Lionel Messi: It would be remiss to leave out Lionel Messi from this list considering the sheer volume of remarkable goals he's scored. Arguably the finest came in 2007 as he ducked and weaved through a host of would-be Getafe tacklers for a finely taken goal.

DJ hones, but the finesse and quality of such a goal. The angel, the technique and timing has to be down to the milisecond! Regardless of it being a blunder by hart. It just shows good football still exists!
