mcleish was rubbish as a player and came from a side that were bent on success regardless of how they got it,usually without too much footballing prowess.so monkey see monkey do. this fella is about as successful as a bag of chocolate in a sauna.send him back to rangers where his attitude towards football will be appreciated.
